Our Vision
& Mission.
We envision a world where autistic and neurodivergent people take on everyday tasks with independence and confidence, and their caregivers have greater peace of mind. Our mission is to work with the organizations people rely on, such as banks, transit agencies, airports and everyday brands, to add clear, step-by-step guidance to their services that anyone can follow.

Building Everyday Inclusion
The Spark
Magnusmode started at home. Growing up, Nadia Hamilton, who founded the company, drew step-by-step guides to help her autistic brother with everyday tasks, like brushing his teeth.
The Method
The guides worked because they broke each task into small, clear steps, with a picture for each one. MagnusCards brought that proven method to the phone: a guided task tool that presents Card Decks for everyday activities, from ordering a meal to catching a train.
Built With Partners
Inclusion Partners, such as banks, transit agencies, airports and brands like A&W and Kraft Heinz, sponsor Card Decks for their own customer experiences, from using an ATM or boarding a plane to ordering a meal at A&W or making Kraft Dinner at home. Each Card Deck is shaped by feedback from autistic advisors. Customers use it free in the MagnusCards app or in the partner’s own digital channels.
Impact
More than 40 Inclusion Partners across North America use MagnusCards. Their customers, including autistic and neurodivergent people, older adults and newcomers learning the language, get step-by-step help when they need it, and the confidence to do more on their own. That is everyday inclusion: services more people can use with confidence.
